    Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday

    Location: Fresno, CA

    Compensation: Target of $150K+ Bonus

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

    Job Description

    • Oversee daily financial operations, handle month-end closings
    • Ensure accurate financial reporting to the management team
    • Develop accounting policies and internal controls
    • Prepare financial statements and reports
    • Assist with audits and tax filings
    • Maintain precise financial records
    • Analyze financial data, prepare forecasts
    • Monitor inventory accounts
    • Ensure compliance with regulations

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
    • 5-7 years' experience in accounting or finance, including 2+ years of management
    • Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organizational and time management proficiency
    • Experience in farming, manufacturing, or related industry preferred

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 per year

    • 2 years' experience with GAAP required
