We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented IT Service Desk Specialist to support our US Courts client.

Duties and responsibilities include:

The System Administrator within the National Service Desk (NSD) assumes a crucial role, primarily offering Tier 2-level support for the Unified Juror Management System (UJMS) and the NSD's Case Management & Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) test environment.

Engaging in application and security management, the Administrator is responsible for eliciting functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into specifications, and actively participating in the procurement, integration, and testing of applications.

Leading deployment efforts and early-life-support activities, the Administrator oversees the monitoring, management, maintenance, and operation of applications, providing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.

The role also involves operating and maintaining an information security program aligned with the Judiciary Information Security Framework (JISF) and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

Required Qualifications :
IT Service Desk experience
Linux Professional Institute (LPIC-1)certification OR 7+ years' relevant experience
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 or higher
Bachelor's degree required
Linux Professional Institute (LPIC-1)certification desired
ITILv4 certification desired

Clearance Requirement :
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
