Being our full- or part-time Dealership Client Service Associate - Customer Care Representative, you're the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Your excellent communication skills, both over the phone and through email, leave a lasting positive impression on every customer you interact with.
Every day, you answer inquiries thoroughly, schedule appointments promptly, process vehicle orders with accuracy and attention to detail, and update customer records.
Your passion for customer satisfaction drives you to follow up with customers after sales to ensure complete satisfaction was met.
As a team player, you also provide support to our sales and service teams. Your exceptional customer service skills build strong customer loyalty, helping our dealership to thrive and flourish. Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry
Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate CRM (customer relationship management) software and other sales tools
Solid understanding of state sales and financing regulations
Valid driver's license
A bilingual candidate would be a plus.
