- Will be responsible for the full AR duties, including invoicing and billing
- Handle the month-end close process and reconciliation of the AR accounts
- Sales and use taxes, exemptions and monthly journal entries
- Strong understanding of cost centers
- Sending out customer invoices, processing credit card transaction and collection calls
- Oversee the AR inbox, and vendor managementAR Accountant Requirements:
- BA/BS in Accounting highly preferred
- 3-5 years of solid experience with accounts receivable
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills
