    NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Belvis, located in the Bronx, staff have partnered to provide programs at Belvis that include personalized OB/GYN care, Women, Infants and Children (WIC), partnerships with local schools, and community health education and outreach.

    Responsibilities:

    We are currently accepting applications or a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner at our Gunhill facility.

    • Directly manage a primary care patient panel
    • Participate in system-wide performance improvement and quality management projects as needed
    • Work collaboratively with physician staff and members of the medical team
    • Provide education to medical students as required
    Qualifications:
    • Masters Degree - Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner
    • Current NYS License and registration as a Nurse Practitioner
    • Experienced provider preferred
    • Cultural sensitivity to a diverse and under-served patient population
