We are seeking a professional to oversee project planning, scheduling and implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversight of all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
• Resource allocation for assigned projects
• Supervision of on-site personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, local officials and clients
• Negotiation with contractors to secure reasonable costs
• Maintenance of high standards of workmanship adhering to original plans and specifications

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Previous experience in construction management or related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Effective negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
