Job summary
We are seeking an experienced RN for our Geriatric Psych Unit at Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital. As an RN on this unit, you will provide direct nursing care to patients ages 55 and older who require evaluation treatment stabilization of disturbances thought feelings mood behavior co-morbidities.Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor record communicate patients conditions.
