Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing $300M global company backed by a reputable Private Equity firm. With a focus on innovation and excellence, the company is poised for further expansion and is seeking a Controller to play a key role in their journey.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly closing process, ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy in financial statements.
• Manage external audits and tax compliance.
• Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Provide insights on financial performance through data interpretation and reporting.
• Stay abreast of legislative requirements and ensure compliance.
• Foster team development through recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the CFO and management team on stakeholder updates.
• Promote transparency and effective communication across all levels.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and high-performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounitng or Finance required. MBA preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of Controller-level experience
• Experience in private equity-backed companies
• Proficiency in ERP implementation
• Experience implementing ASC 606
