    Job Title:

    A Community Management Specialist is needed to oversee social media channels for a major retail brand. This role focuses on engagement work, requiring a passion for social media reactive brand engagement and the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily social media reactive shifts to provide impactful community engagement
    • Assist with scheduling team shifts and updates
    • Identify and flag user-generated content (UGC) that can be leveraged by the client brand
    • Optimize channel engagements by creating new social responses and suggesting new processes or workflows

    Requirements:
    • 2+ years' experience in consumer-facing social media reactive work, preferably for large retail brands
    • Customer service experience and strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience using social media platforms for brands (Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.) and third-party community management engagement tools (Sprinklr)

    What We Offer:
    • $Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
