- Serves as an Ethics Counselor for the Command and oversees the Command Ethics Program.
- Renders opinions regarding gifts, relations with non-federal entities (NFEs) and private organizations (POs), fundraising activities, post-government employment, conflicts of interest, and related ethics issues.
- Analyzes fact patterns for a determination of potential or actual conflicts of interest, or appearances of same to other ethics counselors within the command and located at other installations.
- Serves as the command's subject matter expert for the Command's Ethics Program, guiding upwards of 20 appointed ethics counselors.
- Manages the Department of the Army (DA) Financial Disclosure Management (FDM) Program in accordance with the law and regulations.
- Manages the command's Confidential and Public Financial Disclosure programs, supporting over 4,000 OGE Forms 450 and 278 filers.
