    Description
    Desktop Support Specialist

    5 years of professional working experience
    Experience building and deploying packages to desktops and mobile devices using Intune and SCCM
    Desktop Support and Administration
    Experience with AD (Active Directory) services for individual and group permissions
    in an ITIL environment
    Assist in maintaining day-to-day operations of desktop hardware and operating systems, security, and endpoint protection
    Monitor, tune, diagnosis and resolve intermediate operating system problems
    Participate in an on-call rotation
    Develop support documentation and procedures as it relates to the support services function
