    POSITION SUMMARY :


    As a Marketing Communication Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the overall marketing communication strategy for the HNH business segment.

    Your primary objective will be to create and maintain a consistent brand image, effectively communicate the HNH + M&N message to the target audience, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various channels.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including strategic marketing, design, and sales, to ensure that the marketing communication efforts align with HNHs overall goals and objectives.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans and strategies that align with the HNHs marketing and business objectives.
    Identify target audience segments and create tailored communication strategies to effectively reach and engage them.

    Maintain and strengthen the HNH portfolio and brands across defined communication channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements.

    Monitor brand perception and sentiment and take necessary measures to enhance the brand's reputation.

    Create compelling and engaging marketing content, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, email campaigns, press releases, and promotional materials.

    Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external agencies to produce high-quality materials.
    Utilize various digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, etc.) to promote HNH products/services and enhance brand visibility.
    Work with digital managers and monitor digital marketing campaigns' performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize their effectiveness.

    Oversee public relations efforts, including managing media relations, press releases, and media events to maintain positive media coverage and handle crisis communication when required.

    Support the event managers in industry events, trade shows, and conferences and provide guidance for key messages and brands.
    Manage the marketing communication budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies and optimal allocation of resources.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    Proven experience (usually 5+ years) in marketing communication or a similar role, preferably within the B2B healthcare sector. B2C experience is a plus.
    Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and communication strategies.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
    Demonstrated experience in managing PR activities and media relations.
    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
