Astria Health is seeking a Nurse Technician to join our team This position is per diem and will have cross-functional collaboration while learning valuable skills development.

What you get to do every day

As the Nurse Technician, you will be providing direct care and education to patients and their families. You will:

Perform direct patient care procedures and related tasks, within licensure, as per policy.
Provide patient education on health issues related to healthcare within established parameters.
Assists registered nurses and other staff in caring for patients.
Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization

Requirements

What you bring to the role:

Enrolled in Nursing education program and able to participate in the Nurse Technician program per Washington State regulations
Basic Life Support certification.
Oral and written fluency in the English language.

Summary

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. This position is not associated with a union contract.
