    Position Summary

    This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems and data configurations in regard to programs the Life Cafe utilizes. They will also be a liaison between Vendors and Caf Leaders. This person will help create SOP's for existing and new cafe systems and programs.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Sets up and manages all aspects of Net-Chef including inventory and product management.
    • Generates and evaluates Net-Chef data to provide cost saving efficiencies and general analysis, as needed
    • Develops vendor relationships with existing and new vendors, including food and beverage vendor set-up, product cost comparisons, etc
    • Develops policies and procedures for implementation of caf systems
    • Interfaces with corporate and field caf staff on an ongoing basis triaging system issues to achieve KPIs

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent
    • 2+ years of experience in database application
    • Analysis and communication with technical and non-technical staff
    • Ability to consolidate complex information and communicate to various levels of the organization
    • Understanding of food & beverage procurement processes
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    ? Preferred Requirements

    • Experience Working with Net-Chef or other Inventory Management System Configuration
    • Understanding of networking technologies.
    • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
    • 1-2 years of Technical Project Management experience
    • BA in Hospitality or equivalent experience
