- Responsibilities include all technical components and strategies for systems like Intune, SharePoint, Jira, Box, Mintab, Code42, MathWorks, Teams and others.
- Plan, design, support, and implementation of technical components, policies, and strategies for Microsoft's Intune for the management and patching of end point computer systems.
- Manage, monitor, and administer Intune, autopilot, and other system tools to optimize IT support, improve overall security, delivery, and configuration of our client endpoint systems.
- Work with InfoSec on active directory integrations including MFA, LDAP and SSO integrations with 3rd party apps.
- Integrate auxiliary systems and services with Intune including Okta ALM, Active Directory, Atlassian and any other relevant systems and services.
- In depth knowledge of endpoint management systems such as Intune, 3rd party application patching, and Jamf.
- System expert in the design, implementation, and execution of Microsoft's Intune system.
- Thorough understanding of Active Directory, Windows clients, Jamf, and Okta MFA.
