- Serve in a clinical capacity as a psychologist performing the duties described in the psychologist job description.
- Participate with Psychological Services Manager in Performance Evaluation (PEAC):
- Assist with preparation of documentation for evaluation
- Attend PEAC meeting with employee
- Complete brief periodic reviews with employee and inform Manager about progress regularly
- Conduct staff rounding monthly to evaluate ongoing needs of staff.
- Meet with each staff member monthly
- Submit weekly staff rounding reports to manager
- Follow up on items generated from staff rounding
- Assist with recruitment and orientation of new staff members.
- At least 1 year Minimum 1-2 years of job category-specific experience Req
- Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience Req
- Licensed Psychologist Req
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers as required by CP 1.20 Life Support Course Requirements. New hires beginning after 1/17/22 will have 30 days from start date to obtain their BLS certification Req
- PPMAB (Pediatric Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behaviors) must be completed within 60 days of hire and renewed annually 60 Days, Req
- Supervisor of a team; spends at least 50% of the time providing people leadership to a team

Summary:
The Team Leader serves as a conduit between the Psychological Services Leadership Team and a group of Psychological Services Providers (Psychologists, Clinical Therapists, Postdoctoral Fellows, Predoctoral Interns) for the purpose of supporting the providers' work toward CMC's mission of education, research, and clinical care.
The Team Leader's role includes facilitating communication, performance management, orientation planning, and risk management for team members.The Team Leader will work with the Manager(s) and Director of Psychological Services to support goals within his/her service area and within the Psychiatry department at CMC.
