    DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
    • Bachelor's degree or comparable background of work related experience in a manufacturing environment
    • A minimum of 10 years in the automotive field
    • A minimum of 5 years managerial experience
    • Experience with green field start up organizations
    • Assembly and mechanical experience with high-speed, high-tech machinery and test systems
    • OEM experience preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    • Experience with ADP and SAP preferred
    • Basic understanding of HRIS systems
    WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As the Production Manager, you will plan, coordinate, organize, and control production and assembly in the organization, ensuring that materials are of the right quality, quantity, and cost. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
    • Develop, lead, and maintain a positive staff of assistant managers, group leaders, and team leaders
    • Meet or exceed established KPIs
    • Direct and coordinate activities of the production department
    • Manage budget activities to increase efficiency
    • Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations
    • Manage production utilization thru resolution of labor associated down time and equipment enhancement proposals
    • Ensure that company policies and guidelines are adhered to by all direct reports
    • Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties
