- Supervise and lead on-site security personnel, setting expectations for professionalism, uniform compliance, and performance
- Ensure all post orders, company policies, and contract requirements are followed and clearly communicated to staff
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage using eHub while minimizing unbilled overtime
- Respond to and manage escalated security incidents, emergencies, and employee concerns appropriately
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to develop staff and maintain site readiness
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance records for the assigned site
- Serve as a proactive point of contact for the client and Account Manager to address needs, concerns, and overall site satisfaction
- Valid security license (as required by state and local regulations)
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and site protocols
- Proven ability to supervise and communicate effectively with a diverse team
- Comfortable using technology for scheduling, reporting, and daily operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including radio use and report writing
- Professional appearance, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and responsive in fast-paced or high-stress situations, including extended foot patrol as required
