Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the Corporate practice, providing strategic direction and fostering growth
• Bring a substantial book of business and a group of Associates to contribute to the firm's revenue goals
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients
• Mentor and guide Associates, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and active Bar membership
• Proven experience as a Corporate Partner with a substantial and portable book of business
• Established group of talented Associates
• Strong client management and business development skills
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
