- Develop, coordinate, document, and execute training programs
- Collaborate with project leads, clients, Business Area Leaders, and Directors to analyze Training and Development needs
- Create tailored solutions, including Change Management and Training Solutions to address specific client requirements
- Monitor and adjust training programs as needed to meet identified needs
- Conduct various training sessions, self-directed study courses, computer-based training, change management, career development, performance management, and individual development planning
- Must be an active duty military member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least a decade of work experience
- Experience in customer training objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines
- Reliable transportation to work locations
- Proficiency in English language
- Familiarity with various aircraft ground support equipment
- Previous involvement in aviation maintenance or training
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
- Extensive background in technical training, programs, communications, or other operations functions
- Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer)
- Experience in 747 aircraft or other wide-body aircraft technical training
- Proficient in basic computer operation and Microsoft Office suite

About the Role:
The IAS (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security business area is a frontrunner in ISR and aviation, serving as a top prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative ISR and aviation systems. Their end-to-end C4ISR capabilities cover design, integration, testing, certification, ground/flight training, and overall logistics support.
