    seeks Field Strategy & Analytics Senior Analyst in Mc

    Lean, VA:

    Job Duties :

    Set company-wide standards around data consumption and visualization and establish best practices for our cross-functional partners including marketing, product, and the rest of our field organization.

    Collaborate with data engineers, subject matter experts, and strategy leads to define the evolution of our analytics platform. Partner with Field Strategy managers by identifying hotspots in the business and providing deep-dive analyses of field performance data. Collaborate with the data engineering team and different business functions to deliver large-scale analytics solutions. Support creation of advanced analytics models to drive our go-to-market strategy. Ideate and develop high-quality analytics products for the field leadership team. Manage a portfolio of tools catering to various field functions including marketing, customer success, and product. Optimize current data collection and reporting processes to eliminate manual dependencies, while implementing scalable and automated reporting solutions. Package and present recommendations to executive leadership through a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback.

    Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.

    Building key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis. Collaborate with our data engineering team to support the creation of an Analytics Community of Excellence. Lead enablement efforts to increase FS&A product adoption within Mulesoft. Provide guidance to junior analysts on the team about best practices in data management and visualization. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

    Minimum Requirements :

    Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

    A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering).

    Special Skill Requirements :
    (1) SQL; (2) MS Excel; (3) AWS; (4) R; (5) Salesforce; (6) Project Management. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
