    Description

    • Influencing Excellence: Transforms complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs across the entire experience lifecycle, catering to both first-time users and experts.
    • Innovative Discovery: Develops and suggests discovery techniques for understanding customer and business needs through contextual inquiries and various research methods, uncovering latent customer needs to shape a visionary solution.
    • Design Leadership: Drives design direction and strategy, leading the team in executing visual, information, interaction, and service design elements that align with business objectives and exceed customer expectations. Communicates initiatives effectively through user journeys and prototypes.
    • Usability Champion: Sets the standard for product usability, continuously adjusting to meet evolving customer preferences.
    • Research Development: Designs research methods, conducts studies, and delivers insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Mentorship Role: Guides and supports junior staff while assisting in their training alongside the management team.

    Pay Transparency

    Base Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $209,300.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education. Incentive pay is based on performance.
