The Seafood Manager oversees all aspects of the seafood department including quality control product preparation merchandising team leadership customer service and food safety.Responsibilities
- Inspect shipments verify species accuracy ensure rotation and proper storage supervise value-added product prep monitor case temperatures stay updated on industry trends and seasonality.
- Supervise participate in filleting scaling cleaning shucking maintain equipment train team on technical skills advise customers on cooking/preparation.
