    Job Description

    An advanced software engineer responsible for the entire Application Lifecycle Management of dotnet/.NET RESTful applications and Data Engineering projects. Advanced knowledge in writing C#, OOP, Design Patterns, REST, Cloud-based development, and event-driven architectures. Proficient in Data engineering responsibilities like data ingestion, modeling, transforming, processing, security, and governance.

    Will lead a team of engineers, architect complex solutions, and work with teams or vendors to integrate products or identify data ingestion opportunities.

    Will lead and improve DevOps and release processes. Knowledgeable in Machine Learning, AI, NLP, and data flow for model training.

    Responsibilities:
    Intake business asks to form technical requirements and solution designs.

    Mentor and lead a team of engineers by conducting code reviews, enforcing standards/best practices, organizing debugging or pair programming sessions, and introducing other leadership and code quality techniques.

    Lead and improve DevOps release processes.
    Architect RESTful dotnet/C# applications

    Identify and integrate with data sources to improve our AI/ML services, design data pipelines, and identify and manage required infrastructure.

    Proactively identify technical requirements to enable the product to scale, grow, and be easily maintained.
    Report to a Dev Lead /Architect to ensure implementation follows best practices and strategic direction
    Work with QA, UX, UI, Ops, and other product team members to ensure successful releases and sprint planning.
    Qualifications

    Strong experience of .NET/C# for building RESTful web applications
    Strong relational Database knowledge "MSSQL", object-based databases "MongoDB" and memory-based "Redis"
    Strong experience working in cloud-based environments, docker-based applications, and relevant application patterns; AWS preferred.
    Experience with designing and using patterns for a multi-service architecture.
    Experience in Data cleaning, pipelining, ingestion, transformation, monitoring, and security
    Experience in building highly performant, maintainable, and scalable solutions

    • Proficient with Python and working knowledge of Python ML Libraries
    Proficient understanding of event-based and queuing technologies, e.g., SQS/SNS, Pub/Sub.
    Proficient understanding of version control systems such as Git, DevOps CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub/Azure DevOps/TeamCity)

    Knowledge of other system technologies like vector, graph, or time-series databases, working with logging systems, APM, and data warehouse technologies, i.e.

    , Redshift/BigQuery
    Understanding of NLP services, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and managing models using ML frameworks such as SageMaker a plus.
    Understanding of data security and compliance
    Familiarity with continuous integration tools like TeamCity
    A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
    Works well in Agile Scrum teams
    8+ years of relevant development experience
