- Guiding a team through the product full-life cycle including assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans, development, system integration and test, deployment, and operations.
- Interacting with the Government and teams regarding technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
- Communicating with the Program Management Office, other contract personnel and government overseers
- Twenty (20) years of experience as a SWE or SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
- Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of all components of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis.
- Experience architecting, designing, developing, testing, and supporting integration of software as a component of SIGINT solutions.
- Manage the cultural and technological transformation of teams.
- Experience integrating multiple products into Attribute Based Access Control and integrating the system into a closed network.
- Experience negotiating with vendors to articulate customer needs.
- Experience implementing/enforcing Attribute Based Access Control in a COTS product
- Ability to work in a team environment; good communication and collaboration skills; must be a self-starter
- Knowledge of AWS technologies.
- Time management skills
