• Responsible for owning the endtoend production lifecycle of assigned vendors and categories
• Managing daytoday operations related to production, costing, compliance, sample management, quality assurance, and logistics
• Communicating daily with vendors to monitor production statuses, ensure timely deliveries, and track costs
• Collaborating with crossfunctional departments to ensure calendar deadlines are met
• Negotiating recut costs and deliveries with production partners to achieve best profit margins and lead times
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field with 57 years of production experience in the apparel industry
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in managing domestic vendors
• Proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with crossfunctional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to compile and synthesize complex data to solve problems
