    ICU Status: 2:1

    Floor Status: 3:1

    EPIC

    Float:
    May float to NICU, PICU, Peds Med Floor, or Peds ED based on census
    Requirements

    Current Missouri RN License

    (or eligible)
    BLS & PALS (AHA only)
    TNCC or PCAR required
    Minimum

    1 full year PICU experience (post-orientation)
    Ventilator competent
    Manager will consider PICU or Peds Med-Surg experience only

    Patient Population

    Respiratory, Surgical, Trauma/Burn, Neurosurgery, Sepsis, Hem/Onc, Endocrine

    Dress Code

    Black scrubs
    Pediatric-appropriate t-shirt allowed with black scrub pants
    Looking for a confident, vent-trained PICU RN ready to work in a high-acuity pediatric environment.
