    Job Summary

    We are currently seeking an experienced ABS Welder Foreman to oversee our welding operations and lead a team of skilled welders. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in ABS welding, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and supervise ABS welding operations to ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
    • Lead a team of ABS welders, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
    • Train new welders on ABS welding techniques, safety protocols, and company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor work progress and identify opportunities for process improvements or efficiency gains.
    • Inspect welded components for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in welding is preferred.
    • Proven experience as an ABS Welder with demonstrated leadership skills.
    • Expertise in ABS welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding, and familiarity with welding equipment and tools.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality and safety.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
