    Description


    Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time Life Insurance Agent to join our team You'll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process.

    We'll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals.

    • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date
    • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies
    • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
    • Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
    • Process current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
    • Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
    • Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter
    • Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals
    • Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security
    • Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
    • Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise
    • Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of client relationships over time Qualifications:
    • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
    • Skilled with Microsoft Office
    • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus
    • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must

    Exercising discipline Compensation:
    $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
