    **Description**

    The Customer Service Representative position at Beyond Clothing is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to existing and potential new customers in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position performs a wide variety of administrative functions including retail sales, order processing, managing e-commerce returns/exchanges, facility maintenance, billing, and supporting daily operations in general.

    **RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    -Ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained to all customers in person, email, social media, chatbox, or by phone

    -Answer product and service questions; make recommendations and provide information about other products and services by phone or email

    -Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concerns; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

    -Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of customer and order information in a timely manner

    -Maintains open and direct communication with the manager

    -Open/Close Retail store, process sales transactions, and maintain organized and well-stocked storefront

    **QUALIFICATIONS:**

    Accurate and enthusiastic communication skills

    Excellent organizational skills

    Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    2+ years of experience in sales/customer service

    Associates Degree preferred
