    As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will...Conduct and coordinate financial processes including tracking, reporting, and analysis to drive the companys financial performance.

    Perform routine financial reviews to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

    Identify data-mining opportunities across the business, develop approaches to gather and organize pertinent information, and analyze to yield strategic recommendations.

    Participate in the budgeting process, providing detailed analysis to support budget proposals and monitoring adherence to approved budgets.
    Assist sales and marketing efforts by producing targeted data to enhance project pursuit efforts and proposal submissions.
    Engage in due diligence activities for mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling and valuation.
    Support the CFO in succession planning efforts, ensuring financial leadership continuity and strategic alignment.
    Lead planning and analysis projects, utilizing advanced financial modeling to forecast future performance and advising on potential financial scenarios.
    Create and analyze various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure underlying financial information has been categorized appropriately.
    Develop forward-looking insights and recommendations to assist in strategic decision-making and long-term financial planning.

    Display time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, and take initiative to seek out guidance or additional tasks, as needed.

    Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various individuals.

    Perform special projects, as assigned .Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications The Must-Haves (Required) Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent.

    A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or a similar role.

    Salary range:
    $106,800-$132,200. Compensation DOE and location.
