Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year plus bonus.

• Great commission structure. Could make an additional $50,000+

Our client is a full-service restoration company with a great reputation and a heart for service helping residential and commercial customers whose property was damaged by fire, water or other disasters.

This is a future need, but for the right candidate, could hire within a few weeks.

*As the Project Director, you will be the driving force behind expanding the companys success with 3 primary functions: Business Development, Estimating and Project Management.


What You'll Do:
* *Sales/

Business Development:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key industry players and potential commercial clients, ensuring that our services remain top-of-mind. Youll be working closely with owners and managers of commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by water, fire or other disasters.

* *Estimating:

• Xactimate, negotiating effectively with insurance providers to deliver comprehensive and professional estimates promptly and accurately on both mitigation and reconstruction services.

* *Project Coordination:

• Drive the team forward by providing guidance and support. Coordinate with Project Managers, ensuring budget, scope, and schedule are on track while providing the customer updates.

* *Exceed Expectations:

• Meet and surpass sales and profitability targets, while maintaining excellent customer service.

What You Bring/ Requirements:
* *Proven Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management within the realm of Insurance Restoration is essential.

* *
Business Development:

• A strong history of sales/ business development within the restoration industry.

* *Negotiation Prowess:

• A strong background in identifying, negotiating with, and managing subcontractors, ensuring seamless project coordination from start to finish.

* *Empathetic Leadership:

• The capacity to manage emotional customer situations with empathy and prompt, effective solutions.

* *Tech Proficiency:

• A solid command of Xactimate
