Summary:

Position requires considerable technical ability,experience and judgment to perform cardiovascular ultrasound andevaluate the quality of data for Cardiologist interpretation. Musthave substantial knowledge and understanding of cardiovasculardisease, dynamics of blood flow, Doppler and color flow imagingtechniques. Expected to have a detailed understanding of ultrasoundinstrumentation, cardiovascular physiology and pathology,hemodynamics and the ability to relate these findings intoclinically meaningful data.

Requirements:

• RT licensed in State of Texasor
• RDMS certification or registryeligible
• Graduate of an accredited RadiologyTechnologist program or credentialed echoschool
• 2 years pediatric and adult echoexperience
• Must be knowledgeable of basicactivities within the echo lab.
• Stress testand TEE experience
• Microsoft word,excel
• Must demonstrate excellent communicationand customer service skills
