We are an award-winning architecture firm looking for a Human Resources Professional to join our team and help us attract, develop and retain the talent that drives our work.

Post and manage job listings across design and architecture job boards.
Schedule interviews screen candidates prepare offer letters handle new-hire paperwork conduct onboarding sessions facilitate smooth integration into project teams manage Summer internship program.

Responsibilities

Serve as confidential resource staff concerns conflict plan coordinate firmwide social events encourage positive supportive enjoyable firm culture manage professional development including leadership program mentoring program manage 3-month annual review processes staff PIP meeting process track development goals follow-up actions oversee payroll accuracy bi-weekly pay monthly reimbursable pay yearend bonus manage all benefits administration healthcare insurance PTO liaise brokers PEO company renewals compliance updates ensure salary bands compensation reviews align market benchmarks maintain I-9 personnel files manage work visa immigration processes H-1B O1 OPT support update employee handbook policies documents needed handle terminations/resignations exit interviews offboarding processes
