    Salary and Benefits

    The estimated base salary for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision plans, 401(K) retirement plan, wellness programs, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversight of building management system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, as well as maintenance of existing systems.
    • Collaboration with internal teams and external contractors to manage facility monitoring and control systems.
    • Scheduling maintenance activities with contractor members to ensure efficient operations.
    • Streamlining organizational workflows to enhance overall efficiency.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To excel in this role, you should possess:

    • A bachelor's degree in instrument & control system engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum three years of experience in instrument & control operation, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
    • Demonstrated cross-functional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
