Job DescriptionWe are a top performing real estate group closing over 100 transactions a year in San Mateo County searching for motivated, talented real estate agents who want to close more deals, make more money, and work less hours. Over the last 7 years, our team members have earned 10x more per year than the average agent in the Bay Area. We provide more opportunities for agents to meet and close motivated clients through our open houses (on average we sign about 1-2 listings a week- sometimes we sign 5) and extensive database from 10+ years in the business. We have a track record of training agents into top producers, particularly those coming from a second career. We have too many opportunities, and we need talented agents asap to catch those opportunities and grow with our business. Experience is a plus but not required- we have a proven training system to get agents into production in the first 90 days with our team.
Our business is family owned and operated, and we believe in living a life as big as possible through purpose.
Our goal as an organization is to help our team members create that life, whatever it looks like for them, by building our platform for individuals to focus on what gives them energy and purpose, to be great at that one thing, and hit their financial goals as a result of that focus.
Why? Because as business owners, that's what we want too.We've learned that success is achieved with others, and we know we will always get what we want if we just spend enough time helping others get what they want out of their life.
For example, our sales agents don't deal with paperwork, they don't manage escrows, they don't work with contractors, stagers, or inspectors.
We have other team members who love to do that so they don't have to- instead, our agents get to focus on helping their clients find and win the best possible home.
Last year, our program helped a new agent go from making $80k a year in corporate to $300k net in their first 12 months from real estate sales.
The best part is they still enjoyed their life at the same time- they were newly married that first year in the business, they didn't hold open houses every weekend, and they didn't skip vacations.
