- Maintain the quality manual and update as necessary
- Regularly audit internal systems for compliance related issues
- Review and monitor all quality standards
- Manage all quality related personnel performing source inspection, quality audits and the release of products
- Ensure all deadlines are being met by team members
- Manage the process engineering group to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience
- Previous experience supervising Quality Engineers, Technicians and/or Inspectors
- Knowledge of Quality based computer systems
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role
