Patient Ratios: 1-2 on staff per shift, dependent on facility/size/census
- Job Duties: MAs & CNAs: Vital Signs, passing meal trays & dining room assistance including feeding assistance/monitoring, I/Os, turning, bathing, changing the linens, tidying resident rooms as needed, all other ADLs as needed, activity/behavior/toilet charting, assistance with oxygen as needed, rounding, shift report.
Will assist with restorative needs (follow restorative care plans - walk, use adaptive equipment, splinting, etc.)May assist/attend resident appointments as needed (rare). - Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift:
