    Description

    Our client is in a very successful HealthTech company that is growing rapidly. They are now looking for a Clinical Director to lead their local operations. This position would be based in Santa Barbara, onsite.

    In this role, you would collaborate closely with the senior leadership and play a vital role in empowering Clinical Supervisors, Behavior Interventionists, and team members to deliver exceptional care to clients. By offering guidance on best practices and upholding company standards, you ensure top-quality service delivery. You also lead training sessions on ABA-based therapy tools and spearhead outreach efforts within the community to drive new client referrals and foster growth for our location.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct training sessions across multiple offices.
    • Timely submission of all required reports.
    • Assist in developing and implementing clinical services in the region.
    • Provide BCBA supervision.
    • Enforce the company's "Zero Tolerance Policy" and ensure its understanding and implementation in the region.
    • Uphold Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance.
    • Establish Clinical Services in the assigned area.
    • Oversee ongoing staff training and BCBA supervision.
    • Offer clinical consultation, including behavior plans and programming, to clinical staff.

    Requirements

    Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Special Education with BCBA Credential.

    • Strong Clinical & Leadership abilities.
    • Over 5 years of clinical experience, including direct service with individuals of diverse diagnoses, functioning levels, and age groups.
    • Developing individual client programs covering various skill levels and addressing moderate to severe problem behaviors across different settings (e.g., home, school, community).
    • Proficient in report writing and utilizing empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Clinical Supervisor or similar role, involving: Conducting formal staff training and performance evaluations.
    • Assessing junior staff in clinical programming, administrative tasks, direct therapy, and parent training skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Familiarity with funding provider standards and guidelines.
    • Thorough understanding of empirical evidence for various service types.
    • Self-motivated, responsible, articulate, with excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
