    JOB SUMMARY:
    The responsibility of this position is to provide administrative and analytical support for the Enterprise Business Group. This person assists in the development and distribution of sales reporting and tracking tools in support of sales efforts.

    This position works closely with the Enterprise Business Group Manager, Product Sales Specialists, SMS Operations, and Marketing Departments in the execution of the daily sales duties.

    This person is responsible for the assembly and review of recurring activities of the Enterprise Business Team including VA Consolidations, price book updates, and GPO reporting.

    This position is responsible for the maintenance of enterprise business and sales tools (web site, GPO reporting, , etc.).

    The responsibility of this position is to work directly with SMS Sales managers, Direct Sales personnel and Dealer sales personnel to create Sales Force Opportunities and quotations using Quotation Configurations Tool / Configure – Price - Quote (CPQ) tool.

    The administrator will follow a process to ask questions of sales personnel to create the opportunity from an existing account in Sales Force.

    Then following a script, will configure system per the sales personnel's requirements by asking questions.

    After the configuration is complete CPQ will create a Quote and worksheet that will be e-mailed to sales personnel for review.

    The respective SMS Sales manager will be CC on these communications.

    In addition, this position will provide administrative support to Sales Managers Product Directors and Clinical Specialists by providing Salesforce reports, general office support (ordering supplies, setting up meetings, greeting and preparing for customers/ visitors) and facilitating meetings, training events and conference calls as needed.

    It is expected that the EBG responsibilities will make up 60% and Quote Central responsibilities will make up 40% of the scheduled time of this role.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPOSNIBILITIES include the following.

    Must provide support to ensure GPO compliance including managing monthly fees, assisting on price book updates, and assistance on contract submissions and renewals.

    Must provide support and guidance pertaining to the Enterprise Business Group to the SMS Product Sales Specialists.

    Must provide support and guidance pertaining to the Enterprise Business Group to the SMS Sales Channel including both the SMS Dealer Organization and the SMS Direct Channel

    Provide monthly reporting to SMS Accounting and Operations (i.e., direct order commission reporting for VA and/or IDN orders)

    Provide support and guidance for recurring activities with the Enterprise Business team such as VA Consolidation and Waivers

    Assist CPQ Administrator with maintenance and dealer/sales support of CPQ and CPQ updates.

    May be required to attend / travel to Sales Training and / or tradeshows outside of the office, in support of Enterprise Business

    Develop a strong relationship with the North American Dealer Sales Organization and the SMS Direct Channel teams.

    Develop and analyze various sales reports and distribute them to the sales channel.

    Maintain excellent computer skills (Microsoft WORD, Outlook, EXCEL, Power Point) and the ability to navigate the internet. Familiarity with CRM tool a PLUS.

    Experience in a sales-oriented organization (understanding of typical sales processes)

    Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and promptly

    Good organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail

    Good reasoning and analytical skills capable of interpreting a large set of data and communicating findings to a less data-oriented audience

    Self-starting / motivated / proactive


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
    Four-year degree from accredited university and/or 3-5 years of experience with IDNs, GPOs, and the VA

    LANGUAGE SKILLS:
    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

    Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


    ANALYTICAL SKILLS:
    Ability to understand and communicate data sets pertaining to market share, market trends, and pricing averages. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to produce and interpret bar graphs.

    REASONING ABILITY:
    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
