Job Purpose

The Server role entails welcoming guests at the venue, taking orders, providing recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the food, beverage, and gaming options available on-site, and handling financial transactions efficiently. This is accomplished by maintaining a positive and inviting demeanor, actively delivering hospitality to all guests, and staying well-informed about the venue's food, beverage, and gaming offerings.

Engaging with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Adhering to scheduled work hours and being available for extra shifts when needed
Following instructions and exhibiting teamwork
Collaborating effectively with colleagues in a dynamic setting

Possessing outstanding organizational and attention-to-detail abilities

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum age requirement of 21 years
At least 1 year of experience in a high-end restaurant is preferred
Prior experience as a server is advantageous
Familiarity with hospitality and restaurant standards
Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with various staff levels

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, including navigating stairs
Capability to travel unaccompanied as necessary
Able to lift weights up to 25 pounds independently
