- Serve as a technical expert on projects, designing Marketing Cloud Solutions, conducting technical walk-throughs, and providing guidance to fellow developers and client feature owners
- Lead Marketing Cloud technical delivery activities, including building, system testing, documentation, and deployment
- Collaborate with Product Managers on feature/user-stories reviews, converting functional requirements to technical specifications, estimating user stories, planning team capacity, and aligning with iteration scope
- Analyze and address gaps in functional/business requirements, aligning them with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce product stack
- Utilize integrations between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and external applications using various APIs
- Ensure quality by defining review methodologies, conducting independent reviews, and certifying metadata
- Manage technical risks, cross dependencies, and effectively resolve issues
- Assist in technical documentation and continuous technical improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive engineering excellence, reduce complexity, and enhance interoperability across the portfolio
- Communicate technology strategy effectively to team members and stakeholders
- Operate with an iterative, agile, and user-centric approach
- Have at least 6 years of experience in Marketing Cloud implementation within Sales Cloud and Service
- Possess experience in Data Management, including conceptual and logical data models, and high level design
- Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Cloud solution design, development, and integrations with Salesforce products
- Lead solution design, architecture, and delivery for enterprise-level projects
- Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and other ecosystem products
- Ownership mindset with a focus on operational excellence
- Salesforce Certifications
- Experience with Agile Development Methodology
- Background in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
- Previous experience as a technical team lead
