    Description

    Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading tool manufacturer in the Wake Forest area who is looking for a Tool and Die Maker to join their team.

    This is a direct hire position working 1st shift Monday-Friday.


    Responsibilities:

    • Toolmaker will fabricate, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, and molds
    • Toolmaker will build plastic injection molds, blow molds, and compression molds
    • Toolmaker will interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
    • Toolmaker will set up and operate a variety of machine tools and equipment.
    • Toolmaker will inspect tools and dies for quality and precision.
    • Toolmaker will troubleshoot and resolve tooling and die-related issues.
    • Toolmaker will collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize tool and die designs.
    • Toolmaker will maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must have at least 3 years of tool and die making experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
    • Candidate must have experience crafting molds, tools, and dies
    • Candidates must have a strong knowledge of machining and heat treatment
    • Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Candidates with a trade school diploma or completion of an apprenticeship program preferred
