    Your New Role

    This position will develop and implement external DEI marketing strategies including partnerships, speaking engagements, event sponsorships etc to promote WBD DEI initiatives, DEI leadership team and WBD Executives and their commitments toward DEI.. This position will also lead on all Comms and Branding used across Workforce for global initiatives and support in the development of workforce DEI strategy and global enterprise wide initiatives and partner with DEI regional teams to localize and scale efforts across markets. Will also serve as strategic partner to DEI Team, COEs, BRGs and/or global colleagues; provide recommendations or solutions that will be impactful companywide

    Your Role Accountabilities

    • Use data to identify organizational and/or program needs and new opportunities, and provide/execute strategic solutions; establish key metrics to assess, measure and track results of DEI initiatives;
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of emerging issues and trends in DEI , including practices, policies and principles and serve as a strategic partner and collaborator to key PC, and DEI stakeholders to ensure DEI foundations and practices are embedded at every stage of employee life cycle.
    • As WFS COE- provide global BRG Framework and tools. Lead all global comms to drive global engagement and membership. Report out on global data: BRG chapters, memberships, activations, annual survey, etc
    • Build out DEI marketing Plan/initiatives in partnership with Corp & Internal comm to ensure alignment to key WBD messages
    • Oversee central alignment of DEI Key Global Messages, Build and share out DEI Assets, DEI Branding and maintain DEI comms tools (sharepoint, WP, WBD ONE, DEI External site etc) ​

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 6+ years experience, preferred in workplace diversity, equity and inclusion.
    • 5 years experience with leading and managing organizational diversity initiatives and a team within a global organization and with global experience- within multiple international markets, preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in the social sciences, human resources, business or related disciplines, or equivalent experience
    • Well-versed in EEOC, Affirmative Action and Compliance, preferred.
    • Serve as a DEI thought partner and leader by maintaining advanced, in-depth knowledge of the industry, including practices, trends, policies and principles
    • Create and lead global initiatives - thoughtful of regional input and local execution.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications along with presentation skills.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Must be self-initiating, exercise good judgment, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrated effectiveness managing diverse stakeholders including but not limited to executives, employee groups, external vendors and consultants.
    • Candidate must be collaborative and creative.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research and trends into strategy.
    • Proven influencing and relationship building skills with internal and external partners and people from various backgrounds and cultures.
    • Develop and oversee dept budgets

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $126, $234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
