    SHIFT

    DET - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - Michigan

    A BRIEF OVERVIEW
    Are you someone who takes pride in doing things right and enjoys seeing the results of your work? We're looking for a Bead Coater who creates precise, high-quality parts that meet strict standards. In this role, you'll handle coating operations, perform inspections using precision tools, and make sure every product is flawless. If you enjoy hands-on work, like working carefully and seeing your effort pay off, you'll thrive here.


    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Set Up for Success

    • You'll create a smooth start to every job by preparing your workspace, mixing materials correctly and getting each part ready to be coated.

    Applying the Coating

    • You'll apply thin, even layers of coating and add fine beads to the part to create the correct texture, thickness, and coverage.

    Curing the Parts

    • You'll place coated parts into curing ovens and allow them to cool so that the coating bonds correctly.

    Shaping and Finishing

    • You'll trim the edges, touch up thin spots and make sure each part looks uniform and well-finished

    Final Quality Checks

    • You'll use precision tools to make sure each part meets thickness, appearance, and quality standards.

    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Or Equivalent (Preferred)


    EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

    • No previous work experience required (Preferred)

    • Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)


    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Frequently

    • Must be able to move about the inside of the building - Occasionally

    • Must be able to move equipment around the building - Occasionally

    • Must be able to position oneself and move under/around/over equipment - Occasionally

    • Must be able to handle/adjust/inspect/position various items and equipment - Constantly

    • Must be able to communicate and exchange information with others - Constantly

    • Must be able to perform tasks that require repetitive handling/adjusting/inspecting/positioning of items and equipment - Constantly

    • Must be able to distinguish and detect information such as writing and defects - Frequently
