- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- Three years' experience performing business analysis including process analysis and modeling, data analysis and modeling.
- Five years' experience preparing system requirements.
- In lieu of a degree, 7 years' experience performing business analysis including process analysis and modeling, data analysis and modeling.
- Demonstrated skills in working effectively with business and technical staff both individually and in groups to complete systems projects.
- Demonstrated skills in writing about analysis, design for non-technical and technical audiences.

Position Summary
The Senior Business Analyst is a dynamic role within the IT Project Management Office. This position is responsible for assisting the IT PMO in its maturity journey. This position may also be responsible for consulting with MAC business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs, turning those needs into system requirements. Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. May configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.
In addition, this role may lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues and may lead small projects. The ideal candidate will have experience or aptitude to learn the Service Now Project Portfolio Management toolset.
