Senior Product Manager, VTS AI - Lease & Market

New York, New York, United States

As a Senior Product Manager on VTS AI (Lease & Market), your mandate is to evolve our successful Lease & Market products from first principles in an AI-first way - shipping real, measurable GenAI experiences that change daily workflows for asset managers, leasing teams, and brokers.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle: problem discovery → model + UX strategy → prototyping + evaluation → productionization → launch + enablement → iteration, with a strong emphasis on shipping GenAI capabilities to production that drive revenue impact.

** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. **

Here is what you can expect as a Senior Product Manager:

    Build AI-first product strategy

    • Own the AI-first roadmap for Lease & Market, translating customer workflow pain into a sequence of high-impact releases.
    • Define the north-star outcomes and instrument the product to measure them.
    • Lead a dual-track discovery + delivery cadence that keeps shipping velocity high without sacrificing quality.

Ship GenAI features with high quality and real-world reliability

    • Build with enterprise guardrails: permissions, safety, human-in-the-loop where needed, and clear confidence/citations when applicable.
    • Partner with engineering and data/ML to define evaluation strategy: offline evals, test datasets, monitoring, and regression testing.

    Optimize for adoption and conversion

    • Run experimentation loops: onboarding, activation, in-product education, templates, and usage loops.
    • Improve funnel performance across key moments: first value, repeat value, expansion usage, and renewal readiness.
    • Partner with GTM (Sales, CS, PMM) to launch with crisp positioning, enablement, and customer feedback loops.

To succeed in this role you have:

    • 5+ years product management experience building enterprise grade B2B SaaS products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Demonstrated track record of shipping GenAI features to production (not prototypes) and iterating based on real ;
    • Strong product craft: discovery, prioritization, PRDs, execution, cross-functional leadership, and crisp decision-making.
    • Prototyping & rapid iteration: Proven ability to use modern AI tools (e.g., Bolt/Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, Figma Make) to quickly generate and test concepts, validating hypotheses with users, and iterating toward higher-quality solutions faster
    • Data-driven: ability to define metrics, instrument funnels, interpret results, and make tradeoffs quickly.
    • Technical fluency: comfortable partnering on APIs, data flows, system design constraints, and AI/product tradeoffs.

    Strong Plus:

    • Experience with LLM product patterns: retrieval + grounding, evaluations, prompt/versioning strategy, feedback loops, human-in-the-loop, and monitoring.
    • Experience in CRE, leasing, marketplaces, fintech workflows, or other document/transaction-heavy domains.
    • Proven ability to drive adoption + monetization outcomes (activation, retention, expansion), not just feature delivery.
