Job summary

We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager who understands the technical foundations of employment law and believes that strong relationships create the conditions where employees and teams can thrive.

As an employee owner, you will be responsible for providing guidance on escalated employee relations issues and conducting thorough investigations.

You will also assist in legal and compliance matters such as lawsuits and audits. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with eight years of progressive experience.
