- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years' experience in buying and planning in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in effectively evaluating suppliers
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- Manage the Planning department.
- Produce, compile and track performance reports for management.
- Identify trends and propose corrective actions to protect production plan.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, logistics and other personnel to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor costs to ensure production process stays within budget.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production of company's products & systems based on demand projections.
- Monitor material supply flow, identify any shortage or bottlenecks in usage, resolve production issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of all materials, manage inventory issues and support production plan with necessary raw materials and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Detail oriented with high accuracy levels
