    Description
    • Offering combination of inpatient and outpatient
    • 12-14 patients daily (6-7 hours) M-F (preferable), so 30-35 "bookable" hours more than 1 new patient per day (5/week), so 65-70 pts/wk (based on 5x8 hour work days can be considered, and would be based on these #s (so 6-7 patients per 4 hours, roughly 80% of time dedicated to face-to-face patient care)
    • General Adult practice is a must (pediatric, or Child/adolescent subspecialty in addition would be great, New patients = 60 minutes (and have already been assessed by a licensed clinician – LCSW or LPC – so an intake assessment is available to them prior to or during the 1st appt.)
    • Established patients = 30 minutes
    • Preferred hours 9:30am-6pm, but flexible to as early as 8am (and as late as 8pm on Wed. weekends
    • Staff of 5 adult therapists (and soon-to-be 3 pediatric/adolescent therapists)
    • Coordinate smoothly with our ED and IP units to assure that high risk cases are managed in a safe, time-sensitive manner (crisis workers available from 7am-11pm on weekdays)
    • 24-hour support line for patients of our clinic to call with issues that need immediate attention
    • Electronic health record (MS4) and Dr. First prescribing software
    • Clinic RN is on-site 16 hours per week to assist with RX refills, prior authorizations, long-acting injections (LAIs), and lab call-backs for critical values
